It’s not a lot of variety. My lunches are usually a combination of somen with a meat dish and salad or a sandwich of sorts.

In an effort to avoid the office cafeteria’s MSG-laden food, I have started bringing lunch to work.
Most days, it is an egg/tuna/chicken mayo sandwich and a salad. I prepare the filling the evening before and make the sandwich in the morning. Usually there are extras and KJ eats them for breakfast.

For lunch today, a peach and almond tart and hot chocolate from Spinelli, and a Four Leaves egg and tuna sandwich.
My head fills like mashed potatoes today from a severe lack of restful sleep and after the hot chocolate, it feels even more clogged up then before.
