Kinda.
Xy wasn’t a fan though but I wasn’t holding my breath.
So, here it is – served with a side of mashed potatoes and Amatuer Gourmet’s Best Broccoli.
Sorry about the less-than delectable picture – this was taken off KJ’s handphone camera. I can tell you that it tastes better than it looks.
I wasn’t able to find matzo at Carrefour where I was just now, so I used plain crackers. If you like more oomph, you can throw in some chopped red chilli.
It is very easy and quick to make. Try it out – and let me know how yours turn out!
I tried it too! I used meiji crackers instead as I dont even know what is matzo!
Im thinking can use this for chicken strips too!
I’m lazy to search for matzo so I will go with the plain crackers and chilli for daddy’s salmon! No mashed potatoes for us though, perhaps butter rice.
lil snooze – great idea! Maybe i should try (chicken strips) for Xy
Dr – yum! butter rice + raisins – my fave!
I tried the recipe! Thumbs up from hubs! But I left out the mustard. Wonder if it makes a big difference to the overall taste but we were bowled over by the lemon and thyme combination.
I think I may try this out — always looking for fresh recipes
Dr – I think the mustard adds another dimension to the flavour of the dish. No harm trying if you get your hands on some.
beanbean – welcome! Thanks for stopping by!
